WIL is developing Commercial shopping complexes at Kolar Road, Bhopal; Bhagwan Das Road, C Scheme Jaipur and Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

WIL in association also plan to start a Mini Township consisting of service apartments at Kosi which is coming up as a large Industrial Estate within 100 k.m from Delhi within the state of U.P.
