We, as a group, started our real estate development activities in the year 1990 and were associated mainly in construction and project management of approximately 4 Lac sq ft of our own office / commercial / Industrial / Hotels and Institutional buildings.

WIL started independently focusing on Development of Real estate sector in the year 2003 by expanding into construction activities and promoting the infrastructure needs of the nation in Housing sector which has a multiplier effect on overall economic growth of the country.

Our group company is running chain of hotels and resorts under the brand name of “ Country Inn “ at Bhimtal, Mussoorie and Jim Corbett in the state of Uttaranchal and Kosi (UP).
